About the event
Hosted by Blue Mountains Dementia Action Group (BMDAG), this community event on 18 April brings together people living with dementia, care partners, families, service providers, community organisations, and community members who are passionate about creating a more dementia-friendly Blue Mountains.
The day will showcase the work of Dementia Action Groups, provide practical information about dementia-inclusive practices, and highlight local services and supports. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with stallholders, participate in conversations about lived experience, and learn simple actions everyone can take to make their community more inclusive, respectful, and supportive.
We will also have amazing speakers on the day who will share insights, experiences, and practical knowledge.
