Dementia Action Groups has proudly organised and participated in a wide range of community events focused on dementia awareness, education, inclusion, and social connection. From memory cafés, guest speaker sessions, and community workshops to awareness campaigns, health weeks, local expos, and collaborative community initiatives, our events bring together people living with dementia, carers, families, service providers, students, volunteers, and the wider community. Each event aims to create supportive and dementia-friendly spaces where people feel connected, informed, heard, and valued while helping reduce stigma and isolation across our communities.
